Pugpog Bikers Highlands Leisure Hub

The day I went to Pugpog Bikers Highland Cafe was rather hot, but thanks to their bestselling Spanish Latte, I was refreshed. We had bulalo, sisig, and barbeque and all were very tasty! Generous with the amount of atsara that came with the bbq (thankfully I'm the only one at the table who wanted to eat it hehehe). It's a cafe with a nice view! My only problem might be the bathroom; there doesn't seem to be any water in the tank so flush and bidet were useless. The bathroom was clean nonetheless! I'd come back here if I'm in the area again.

This place has become one of my go-to spots. I’ve been here several times with both family and friends, and each visit has been a great experience. Pugpog Bikers Highlands is more than just a coffee shop for bikers — it’s also a great spot for families. The food is delicious, with generous servings at a reasonable price. The view is stunning, and you can snap a photo on their swing with a lush green backdrop.

The buzz about this place is well-deserved. Breath-taking view, great food. A bit pricey but food is good for sharing. Service can definitely improve because some servers reacts quickly. Trying to understand them as the place is always busy. It can also get really hot here so adding more fans and umbrellas for tables that are on the Al Fresco area can help with the heat.

servers were patient and nice. we went there around 2pm and we had to move tables several times to find more comfortable seating. most of the tables were already taken. servers were quick enough to advise which tables tend to be sunny or hot. parking at the vacant lot on other side of the road. there's a man assisting with the parking and crossing pedestrians. view is superb. even their handwashing area has a great view. experience would have been perfect except their faucets have only a trickle of water flowing and washroom is not so clean. i hope this issue was just during the day of our visit. will definitely visit again, maybe for breakfast or early dinner next time

Take a break from Manila and enjoy a breezy realxing windy afternoon at Pugpog. Just bring fun friends to fill the day with laughter. Tho weekends are surely when they are busiest it is still worth the trip of about an hour and 30 mins from the city. Parking across the street is plentiful and parking attendants are very helpful. The best thing about this place as a first timer is a amazing cliff side view from the balcony. The sweet pollution-free breeze is worth the price of admission. The wide expansive view of the mountain range across the azure blue mountains with plenty of swifts and maya just brings a smile. And the amazing winding River and all the trees and cows grazing below makes one appreciate our countryside. We got some coffee and they were pretty good but expensive as Manila prices. The appetizers we ordered were just OK. The Nachos which they recommended has two sauces- something like a cheese sauce and a tomato loooking sauce- which weere both too sweet for our taste. The French Fries were boring. and the Cheescake was dry and cheap tasting. The service was friendly and attentive but they forgot one drink. When we followed up for the missing drink, they still took awhile to serve. Definitely come for the fresh air and the view!

Pugpog Bikers is such a gem! The view of the river is absolutely stunning!!! perfect for unwinding and soaking in the scenery... Their al fresco dining area has tons of IG worthy spots, so dont forget your camera... I really liked how generous the servings were and the food is super affordable too! Though, I found the coffee a bit pricey for someone like me who's a coffee lover... But overall, the staff were all super friendly and accommodating... which made the experience even better.... Definitely a place worth visiting! I would recommend it in a heartbeat!!
